Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when TabState offers refunds for paid software subscriptions and how to request one.
We want TabState to be a straightforward purchase. If you try a paid plan and it is not the right fit, we offer a reasonable refund window for first-time purchases as described below.
1. Standard Refund Window
First-time purchases of TabState Pro are generally eligible for a refund if the request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
2. Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by law or otherwise approved at our discretion. We encourage customers to cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
3. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Refunds may be denied where we detect abuse, repeated refund requests, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or other conduct that suggests the policy is being used in bad faith.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@tabstate.app with the purchase email address, order or invoice reference, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the purchase.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically submitted within 5 to 10 business days. Final timing depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
